Suite à un braquage, Stacy (Adrien Brody), Walker (John Malkovich) et Gage (Rory Culkin) fuient la police. Ces trois voleurs pénètrent dans un entrepôt abandonné en attendant d'être récupéré par un complice. Dans ces lieux délabrés et inhospitaliers, ils s'aperçoivent rapidement que l'endroit sert d'arènes pour des combats clandestins de chiens...
